Women dream of getting rid of unwanted hair once and for all, which is possible thanks to the 808 diode laser. 808 nm wavelengths have been used in the laser, which allows you to effectively fight against hair. Visible results can be achieved after just a few treatments. The laser works on the basis of a phenomenon called photothermolysis.
The phenomenon is that the laser light is absorbed by the hair follicle, which contains melanin. In the next phase, the laser light is converted into heat. This heat destroys the elements of the hair and causes its permanent destruction along with the hair follicle. The treatment is most effective for dark hair, which, moreover, is in the active growth phase, known as anagen. Other phases of hair: atrophy (catagen) and resting (telogen) are not advisable for laser treatment, as they are "mute" to its effects.
