Miracle gas therapy
Carbon dioxide is a gas that is responsible for regulating blood flow, as well as the dilation of blood vessels. When carbon dioxide is injected subcutaneously, the flow of blood, oxygen and nutrients can be accelerated in this way. With carbon dioxide treatment, we can also improve microcirculation and stimulate cells to renew themselves.
During the first application of carbon dioxide, there is an immediate dilation of blood vessels and an increase in blood flow. There may be reddening of the skin around the injection. In the tissue, carbon dioxide reacts with water molecules, a carbonic acid molecule is formed. This acid lowers the pH of the tissue. The lower the pH, the weaker the bond between hemoglobin and oxygen - this is the Bohr effect. Carboxytherapy makes it so that the release of oxygen from hemoglobin is increased. When the pH is at 6.8 and below - capillary wall permeability is increased. When the pH is at 6.5 and lower - the elasticity of collagen fibers increases, and their hardness decreases. The pH becomes alkaline due to chemical reactions. Ultimately, this leads to a desensitizing and spasmolytic effect. The muscular tension of arteries and capillaries is reduced. At this time, the temperature increases by 1 degree. Oxidation of fats from fat cells also intensifies.
